No "none" option in default audio input

I have the same exact problem. I'm a video producer and use a Mac trashcan with creative cloud. In my previous job, I liked to use a bluetooth headphone while editing. No problems. I recently started a new job with a different production group. They use the same model Mac trashcan and creative cloud. However, I cannot use my bluetooth headphones with creative cloud. At first I thought it was an issue with the graphics/rendering settings. Every time I hit the play button, there was a one sec lag on video playback and the audio to the headphones would sound hollow. I figured out later that it was all related to the Default Input...Premiere would see my default input through my bluetooth headphones without a None option. Since I worked with the same system for two different jobs, I figured the only difference were the monitors. When it worked with the previous job, I had the really nice apple monitors. I think premiere would default the default input to the apple monitors since the monitors have built in microphones and camera. My new job does not use apple monitors, theres no microphone for premiere to default to...Somewhere within the default input is the issue. I have it working fine now, audio sounds good and there is no lag in video playback...I just have to use wired headphones. If I could somehow set the Default input to none that would allow me to use my bluetooth headphones to edit. I have a theory that if I plug a usb microphone into the trashcan, premiere would have something to default to. Any suggestions or adobe patch would be awesome, thanks.
