No Subtitle Formatting Options w/ SRT import CC 2020

I just imported an .srt file that I had done on Rev.com, but I can not change any of the formatting of the subtitles. I changed my Caption Import settings to Open Caption and matched my sequence settings.

The toolbar is totally missing font, font size, line spacing, background color, etc.

Am I missing something? Super frustrated.

I think a shift-click should do it. As you've discovered, there is no select all.

"Open Subtitling" is a form of closed captions. You want Open Captions.

Change the Import Settings and reimport.

Can you tell me how to change the formatting on all the subtitles at once?
I swear I saw how to do this, but can only do one at a time. There's not a "Select All" option?
