Nvidia GeForce GT 630M unsupported video driver

HP Envy 23-d112eb

Graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT 630M

Windows 10 home with all the latest updates (version 1909 / build 18363,752)

Premiere Pro/After Effects open with error message: Nvidia GeForce GT 630M unsupported video driver. Error since a few Premiere Pro / After Effects updates.

Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects System Compatibility Report recommends using Nvidia driver version 430.86.

Nvidia driver version 430.86 downloaded and attempted to install but gives double error message:

a- this graphics driver cannot find compatible graphics hardware

b- this Nvidia graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows

Contacted Nvidia and HP with the question if I have to replace the GT 630M graphics card with a newer one and which one they recommend for my PC configuration but they could not  solve nor advice me in this matter.

Is this a Nvidia / HP problem or an Adobe problem?

Who can help?

(for the time being Nvidia 391.35 and Cuda 10.2.89 441.22 is installed)

It would probably be more cost effective to get a new computer.

What motherboard do you have?

You cannot really upgrade anything either on that motherboard or inside your case:

Big-name-brand manufacturers still use power supply units that are proprietary to the cases and motherboards that they come bundled with. Worse, in the case of that HP, the case is proprietary to the motherboard that was installed inside of. In order to get your system up to date, you have absolutely no choice whatsoever but to get yourself an entire new system at this point.

I am very sorry to say this, but your ENTIRE system is now completely obsolete. The GT 630M is a Fermi GPU whose support from Nvidia itself ended completely back in 2018. And although technically Fermi remained in legacy status until January of last year, no new driver security fixes were ever released since the last driver 391.35 came out near the end of March 2018.

And the Intel i5-3330S dates way back to the Ivy Bridge days of 2012. That is (figuratively speaking) a milennium in computing years. It is barely hanging on to the "legacy" (or "vintage," in Apple speak) support status from Intel itself at this time.

Thanks for your answer but one more question: can I solve the problem by replacing the processor and/or gpu?

... Intel Core i5-3330S CPU @ 2.70GHz
