Opening Essential Motion GFX Template -- Not Working

Hey All:

Working on a concert that I started editing on my MacBook Pro. In that project I made some motion graphics using the new Essential Graphics panel, the graphics include both an MOV file and a text file. I then exported the motion graphic to create a template that. Now that I'm back in the office I'd like to edit the concert on my work PC, bigger monitors and better speakers. But when I open up the project it says my motion graphic templates are offline AND I don't see the folder in the essential graphics panel I created called 'JWD.' I have this project saved on my external hard drive and can see the folder on the drive but don't know how to get it in Premiere on my PC. When I plug the external back into my MAC, boom it works. Can someone help me figure out how to transfer these templates? Thanks!
