Optimal export settings for DJI Osmo Pocket footage

Hi all,  I was editing some DJI Osmo Pocket footage in Premier Pro CC 2019 and wanted to know if anyone had already done this and exported the edited footage - and what were their settings when exporting - tried a few things but the resolution changed or with H.264 the size of the export went up substantially.

H.264 with YouTube presets should be fine - I had a clip way out at 30 mins (I moved it to edit) and thus was taking 4 hrs to render, which was why I posed the question - I thought my settings were off to have a render time so high. After moving, now takes about 35 mins

Much appreciated for your help though, I usually don't have MPE max render set to on and usually try to go for 100Mbps for bitrate - test the osmo footage though, it defaults to 40, so will try to turn it up.

Export depends on final destination.

Post screenshot of export settings you have tried.

Still dont know final destination:

Only screenshot 1 and 2 apply.

If you have MPE hardware turn off max render.

For UDH you can up the bitrate quite a bit.

Start with the Youtube preset.
