Hey guys,

does anyone know how to import LUTs into Premiere Pro CC 2018 and have them organized in folders rather than all of them sitting in the "Creative" folder. WIth hundreds of LUTs it becomes a bit of a drag.

Hi vitalyl47211250,

With v12.1, you can now install custom LUT files and have them appear in the Lumetri Color panel.

This is a wonderful addition for LUTs users! I have added all of my LUTs, but now there is a list of 100+ LUTs.

To get back to the initial question, and one that I have myself, is it possible to have Premiere Pro organize them into subfolders so that when you hit the dropdown list from Basic Correction>Input LUT - it will display your subdirectories and then the LUTs inside them as you hover over the directory?

Thanks so much!

Nope, no subfolder drop-down capability. Which would be rather nifty, of course.

Go over to the UserVoice system, post your idea, and then post back here with a link to it ...

Adobe has cautioned against messing with the program files.

So the only LUTs you'll see in PP are the ones it comes with.  All other LUTs should only be applied using the Browse button.

The only way to do this might be through organizing your CC Library, which does show in PrPro.

Putting your own LUTs in the Programs/Adobe/Premiere Pro/Lumetri/LUTs/Creative folder ... can lead to all sorts of problems, unfortunately. For that, well ... the feature-request form is still needed:
