Plugin for touch-up: Teeth whitening, skin tone, etc.??

Instead of a complicated workflow (for newbies) of tracking and masks and all that, is there a plugin that can be used to do things like; Whiten Teeth, Even Out Skin Tone, Reduce Wrinkles, etc.?

For photography, there are now free apps that do all this stuff automatically, which is cool.

Is there any plugin for videography, when you have a moving target?
