Pop up windows from Premiere open up outside of the screen area?

What stills happens to me is that when you disconnect a second monitor, pop up windows from Premiere open up outside of the screen area. This is a MAYOR nuisance, Adobe what is your solution to this? This has been going on for months now and this should not happen in the first place. Resetting the workspace does not work as a solution. Asap please Adobe support, with sugar and all you wish for, many thanks and lots of exposure!

I have contact chat support and Anand from support has been a great help. He deleted my preferences (found under Documents/Adobe/11.0    (for CC2017)) and after that, the pop ups showed up again on the mainscreen.

I will put in a feature request to fix this issue without having to do it this way. Maybe an easy reset within the program will help users, as this is something that will always happen when you place pop up screens on another monitor, only to have lost them when back working on one screen.
