Question

Premiere import Panasonic G7 audio half the time

When I import my Panasonic G7 footage into Premiere, about half of my files don't have audio. But they do have audio. If I re-import them, those who had audio still have audio and those who didn't, don't have audio.

In MediaInfo, the files are all the same, nothing different.

Why?

    Hi Proj.L,

It might be an issue with Media cache. Have you cleared the media cache?

FAQ: How to clean media cache files?

    Thanks,

    Vidya Sagar.

    Hi Proj.L,

Is it possible to upload the file with no Audio to Creative Cloud & share with me by sending a private message?

Upload file to creative cloud: Browse, sync, and manage Adobe Creative Cloud assets

Share a file: Share Adobe Creative Cloud files, libraries, and more

Private Message: How to use the forums

    Thanks,

    Vidya

Which codec/s are you using? And are you importing correctly from PrPro's Media Browser panel, rather than say drag/drop from finder or explorer?
