Premiere Pro 14.0.4 build 18 - cant undock TOOLS Window

I want to undock or at least move my tools bar and there is no menu options on the TOOLS panel - i have restarted etc.  The "three lines" menu is missing. Am on Windows 10. Picture below. 

 

any ideas how i can move or undock this thing??  Thanks.

Yea, it's pretty much hidden ... move the cursor to the far end, between the end line and the first icon for the 'selection' tool ... click ... and drag ... it may take a couple tries to get the right spot.

    That and the audio meters panel have the same nasty issue. Until you learn the secret handshake, of course ... sigh.
