Premiere Pro & Audition Dynamic Link: Dialog Box not appearing

Question

I'm trying to edit a clip in adobe audition but i feel linke dynamic link is not working. I proceeded as described by the instructions below. What's weird is, that i don't get the dialog box and get send streight to Audition. After I am done making my edits in Audition and have saved, I have the correct file in premiere. But all sequences in my timeline still refer to the original file. What can i do to get dynamic link working? I feel like I need the missing dialog box to get it working. But How?

Thanks Neil, but save in Audition doesn't automatically change the audio in Premiere.

What would you recommend me to do instead?

I feel like dynamic link is not working, even though it would solve the problem for me (if it was working).

Dynamic Link only applies to the video portion, and only works when you send an entire sequence. It allows Audition to read the native PP sequence so you don't have to render the video.

For audio, sending to Audition by any method will create new files on the hard drive for Audition to play with. This is not Dynamic Link.

"...go to Edit > Edit in Adobe Audition > Sequence."You chose that command? There's more than one way to send to Audition.
