Problems with Adobe Stock directly on Premiere Pro - it looks like offline

Hello. I have this problem with my Premiere Pro. The button to search on Adobe Stock directly on "Graphics Mode" on Premiere Pro 20 it's unclickable. It looks like offline.

I said with Adobe, but they can't help me. The recomendation is format my PC. Unfortunately I can't format my machine now.
