Purple and green stripes in video

There are purple and green stripes in the video in the source box and program.  The stripes only appear in videos but not photos.  After exporting, the video is completely normal.  I tried to re-install the software but the problem still exists.

How can I fix this?

    heb hier zo juist het zelfde probleem met de versie 2020 en wondows 10 .groene strepen op tijdslijn  en je kan niks meer verder doen; waar ik adobe heb aa gekocht stellen e voor van programma te verwijderen en opnieuw op te plaatsen .

    Wat doe ik het best , mag ook via dirktallieu@gmail. com alvast bedankt.

    Sorry for the trouble. As suggested in the forum thread shared by Ann Bens, it is a known issue, it is a compatibility issue with GPU drivers.

    Have you tried installing the recommended driver? Please let us know the status.
