Question about speech analysis (Premiere Pro 14.9, and earlier)

Hello,

I am trying to transcribe some audio via Premiere Pro. I tried using these instructions: Using Speech analysis in Premiere Pro

By step 3 the guide says: To analyze a single track for speech, select the clip that you want to analyze and then click Analyze in the Speech Analysis section of the Metadata panel.

I cannot find this function. Screenshot included. I hope it's an easy fix (:
