Quickly export video with large pictures

I have a video that I need to export quickly; however, it is made of photos that are 6000 × 4000 px. I want to export in 1920x1080. Is there any way I can quickly export the video? (right now it would take over an hour due to the large picture dimensions.)

Is there a way to downsize the images or some other method so that exporting doesn't take so long?

Figured it out myself--I moved the folder of pictures so they went offline, then used Photoshop's File > Scripts > Image Processor to downscale all the photos, and finally relinked them in Premiere.
