rendering stuck at 1%

i tried rendering a pretty long video (8 minutes) and it stuck at 1% when rendering

other projects DO render actually so there is a problem with the project

things i tried

- using other version

- updating drivers

- resetting workspace/preferences

- waiting half an hour but still at 1%
