Question

Reverse clip lags/clips in preview/export

Hey,

I've seen a couple other people post about this; when I reverse a clip in Premiere it lags, not only in the preview but also when exported.

I've tried rendering the clip, reversing the field dominance and using optical blending but to no avail.

I really just don't understand how this can be a problem in a professional editing program???

If anyone has any solutions or explanations I would much appreciate it.

Thanks!

I've had similar problems in the past, although not on an exported video. It won't hurt to try though. In your preferences try turning off "Enable accelerated Intel h.264 decoding..."

Post specifics about your computer, Premiere version, media used and sequence settings: be specific. (not just windows, mp4...)

Ah, very nice info.

Have you turned of the Intel Graphics card in the bios?

turn off Composite in Linear Color.

Update to 12.0.1.

See how that goes.
