RSMB v5.1.8 - GPU Acceleration causes green screen?

Just like the title says, I recently clean installed Windows on my computer and had to reinstall RSMB, which I did, of course.

Upon installing, I was prompted to update to a later version of RSMB, that being version 5.1.8. Before, I had version 4.1.2.

In the old version, GPU acceleration worked like a charm and I was able to do timeline previews in both After Effects and Premiere flawlessly as it used my GTX 1080 to help with the rendering. But now, in version 5.1.8, each time I turn on GPU acceleration, it shows a green screen for the whole composition. Any fixes for this? Am I the only one to experience this? Help?

Below is an image of my problem.

I found this on their site ...

If a GPU is not supported, or we run out of GPU memory to run on, our plug-ins will return a green frame to let you know.  So if you switch the Use GPU menu to ON and you see a green frame immediately, you know that you do not have a supported GPU. We do not fallback to CPU rendering in the case where there is an error on the GPU during a rendering of a sequence, because then you might get CPU and GPU calculated images intermingled and may not understand why your sequences are not looking proper from frame to frame.  So if you see a green frame, that probably means that we’ve run out of GPU resource with which to render the sequence.  Newer versions of our products: Our newer plug-ins for Premiere Pro that support GPU acceleration will have group of GPU options labeled Activate GPU You’ll see that GPU acceleration is OFF by default. Also note by default that some of our plug-ins will try to conserve GPU memory.  Our plug-ins conserve GPU memory by only allowing Premiere Pro to render a limited amount of images at the same time (this is limited to the number of GPUs present). If you find this actually slows down rendering, or causes a hang, you should try unchecking the “Less GPU Mem” setting before turning the GPU rendering ON.

So for some reason it isn't liking that 1080 ... which should work perfectly.

I'd contact them about this.

Man, this sucks. If I want to get v6 of RSMB, I need to pay to upgrade.

I had installed RSMB months before, but never used it until now. Bummer to see that it's not working anymore.

Thank you very much for your fast response.

If you contact them, they might be able to get that version running again. I'd sure give it a try.
