scale up by word or letter

In premiere pro, Is there any way of creating a text effect line 'scale up by word'  like you can in After-Effects? Some of the 'animate in' settings are really good in AE. I can import AEF into Pr but it means going back and forth from one app to another? This is getting another app to do Prs work. How can I do this effect in Pr and save it as a setting so I can keep re-using? Is there any way of making a 'text zone' as you can in FCP? Hope this makes sense.

I am used to FCP, so I would like to convert to Pr. I am sure they are different apps but are similar in many ways.
