SG not supported in new version of Premiere Pro?

Hi,

my version of Premiere Pro is 2017.1 v11.0

I´ve just noticed that SpeedGrade cannot open projects saved in this version of Pr. although it has no problems with older versions. Does anyone have an idea what´s wrong, is this version not supported?

I also note the SG version is still on 2015 with me, but I´ve seen no updates.

Cheers

Charles

The reason for this is that the development of SpeedGrade is currently on hiatus.

This has been missing for some time, do a forum search for 'speedgrade'

Ok, thanks! That means I can forget speedgrade in general now? I´ve not heard anything from Adobe about this - is is just being swepped under the carpet?

It's possible Adobe only bought the program to implement it's color technology into PP.  The Lumetri panel might be just the precursor to a Resolve-like functionality (in 10 years time, at this rate).  Or, Adobe might be doing a complete overhaul of SpeedGrade to better incorporate it into the Adobe ecosystem.

We really don't know what's going on with SpeedGrade.
