Question

sign in to start Installation

I started a test version of adobe premiere pro on windows 10 and tried to install it through a download file. The set-up file for the installation got downloaded and when I open it to install premiere pro, it asks me to log in by opening a browser tab. Then I log in successfully and the website says, the application will go on in the seperate installation window. But even though I logged in, the installation window still waits for my log in in the browser tab, so the installation doesn't start. The installation window also has an option to log in there by clicking on a blue link (in case no browser tab opens) but nothing happens, nothing opens.

I already tried to restart my computer, downloading the set up file again, logging on and off multiple times, nothing works...

Hope anybody can help me as my test subscribtion lasts 7 days and the first one is already wasted.

Premiere Pro CC is installed from the Adobe Desktop App:

Are you trying to install an old CS version?

Where are you downloading the trial from?
