Simultaneous screen recording and webcam

I would like to record a video as a screen recording and film it with the webcam at the same time. Depending on the scene, I want to fade in either one or the other video. I want a close-up of my face - not just a small picture in a corner. Is that possible? What is the best and most efficient program for me to do this? I have Adobe Creative Cloud and am a bit overwhelmed with the large number of programs. Thank you so much!
