Sluggish UI on 5k HiDPI Display (new Mac Pro!)

So I just got my new Mac Pro 2019, 16 Core, Vega II GPU, with a Dell 5k Display attached, and was naively hoping that finally I could expect Premiere to run smoothly again, at least as smoothly as it runs on a 2013 trashcan Mac Pro with 3x1080p Displays attached. But no, it's still sluggish and slow as hell, almost zero improvement over my 6 year olf device, despite the insane power of this new machine.

It leads me to the conclusion that the problem is Adobe's old and rotten software core for Premiere (and After Effects and Lightroom Classic as well, as they suffer from absolutely the same problem.)

I can force the app to open in low-res mode through Mac Os and then it runs normally, but is obviously blurry and is unusable as such.

What we urgently need from Adobe is a redesign of how the UI is drawn on Hi-Resolution Displays beyond 4k. These screens have become so common these days, and Premiere is no fun to work with like this AT ALL.

Please have a look at the example videos, where you can also see what I've come to expect on UI FPS performance in Final Cut and Davinci Resolve.

Please hear our prayers and focus on fixing this Adobe!
