Sydnie font in Adobe Premiere Pro is visually buggy

With font that I'm trying to use:

With font that I have to use due to this font being visually buggy here

I have no idea whats causing and how to fix this, this is the only time ive had to deal with a font that looks like this (and this is the first time this has happened to me while using fonts on Adobe Premiere Pro)

Because of this I had to stick with VCR OSD Mono font.
