Syncing BPM to match dancing in video clip to audio in a song
I'm working on a project where I'm syncing up a bunch of different footage of people dancing. I'm syncing each individual clip to match with a BPM of one central song. Most of my clips need to be adjusted to fit in with the song BPM (luckily the beat is very clearly shown through the dancing/audio within my clips so I can visually link them up).
I'm looking for advice on how to do this in a realistic and sane way, so I can save some time (My song is 22 minutes long, and I'm pulling together footage from about 100 different sources).
Is there a built-in feature within Premiere to match BPM?
Does anyone have any advice for a workflow that will save me time in doing this? Currently I'm either syncing them up by eye, or by trial and error adjustments of the clip speeds. Is there a practical way for me to approach this?
Thanks for your advice!
