Trying to send premier pro slideshow (mp4) as email attachment

Hello,

I am 100% new at Premier Pro. I have created a small 8 image slideshow and I am trying to send it as an email attachment. When my recipient opens the attachment they are only able to see the 1 image as a still image. This is using outlook and Gmail. When I compressed the file Gmail showed an error and the download button was not working.

I wonder if this is an mp4 issue, a Premier Pro issue, or a "me" issue?

I am attaching/sending the slideshow using adobe document cloud.  Both as a compressed and uncompressed file without success. Does anyone have any insight?

Thanks!

Maria

    Hi Maria,

I doubt that you are following the correct steps.

I am not sure how to share video files using Adobe Document Cloud, never used that.

Please follow the steps from this link: Share your created movie |

You can also share media using Adobe Creative Cloud or Dropbox.

    Thanks,

    K
