I can no longer import mp4 in photoshop

Hello, recently I can no longer watch and import mp4 in photoshop.
When I drag an mp4 from bridge into photohop, it comes in as a blank layer, with a size of 320 by 240
does anyone know how to solve this?
i never had that problem before

I tried to attach a screenshot here but I could not do it, it stated that type of image was not allowed, although it was a small jpg

    Hi

    You can just drag and drop the screenshot into the post or copy and paste

    You may need to contact Contact Customer Care

    Other option would be to try uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop, it will give you the option to Keep app preferences

    You may want to do this first, just in case

    Migrate presets, actions, and settings
