Video sped up after exporting

In the timeline the video is fine but when I go to export (file-export-media-queue) and export the video it is sped up but the audio is normal? I am exporting as H.264 and essentially leave everything else in default. I have tried "Match Source", deleting all media cache files, restarting and every simple fix you could think. I've exported videos this same way before with no issue. Any ideas?

Source and Export settings all match and look fine, so this makes no sense. In which software player are you viewing the exported video? Something I often do is to simply check the "Import into Project" button at lower left of export settings, then after I export, the clip appears in the bin and I drag to timeline and play it back right in Premiere.

I've never been a fan of "Match Source" and recommend you just pick a preset that matches the footage. For instance HD 1080p 29.97, YouTube 1080p 29.97, or Vimeo 1080p 29.97 settings.

Thanks

Jeff

first thing you need to do is tell us your source properties.  Use this program

by any chance are your sources from a smartphone or a screen recording program.  If that's the case, the problem is that they have a variable frame rate which does not play nice with premiere.  Unfortunately this behavior is not consistent so sometimes it may work, other times not, so it's always a good idea to convert to a constant frame rate using something like

handbrake

Screen shot of Export Settings window please.

I wonder if source footage for maybe Variable Frame Rate, like from a phone or game cap app?

What is the video source and sequence settings used?

Thanks
