Waves UM225/UM226 plugin, stereo-->5.1

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could show the workflow for this plugin. I can't seem to figure it out. I'm sure it's me.

for using a stereo paired audio track and if you get two mono L/R tracks. what are the steps in Premiere and also in WAVE to export it as a 5.1 track
