Weird thing where I cant carrot down arrows on premiere pro.

So this sounds really weird but with this one project it glitched out or something. The little flashing line thing (idk what to call it) on the search bar isnt there. (I didnt press my insert key) This doesnt sound important, and it isnt, but the main problem is the little arrows next to the scale & position & other parameters dont work. They dont push down. I want to fix this because the project im working on took awhile and it looks really good 😕😕
