Whenever i speed up a clip it just holds frame

For some reason when i now speed up a clip ie. Speed/Duration > 200% instead of seeing sped up footage it just holds on the first frame of the clip.
Only happens when i speed up above 200%, not slow down or up to 199%. I checked frame hold options and ticked/unticked that. Im not sure why its suddendly doing this??

Switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only
Render the time remapped section (Sequence > Render In to Out)

Do you have Mercury Acceleration enabled? CUDA or Open CL or Metal?

Sounds like you're probably on the latest... 14.0 .0 (Build 572).

At that point like PeruBob says probably a bug.

Especially if this happens in different projects. Have you created a new project and replicated this?
