WHERE CAN I GET AUTHORIZATION CODE PPRO 2

There is no phone support for premier pro 2 and i need an Authorization CODE BUT i CAN NOT SEE WHERE TO GET IT. I am after spending 4 hours at this and I am begging for some help please

I have serial number etc but no idea where to go on this website for help, its as if premier pro 2 does not exist.

    I cant find the 'provided' serial number i have downloaded the three files and the zip which wont open and when i clicked on disk 1 it asks for the serial number which you say dont use the one on my original box, can you tell me where it is please.

    Which 3 files? Its one zip.

    Scroll down the english page were it says Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0.

    Serial is next to the zip.

    As an aside tho, Can you tell me what i need to do if I ever have to change computers with my Creative Suite 5. Is there a similar answer to reinstall the disks and activate it. I am ok for now but I am hearing horror stories about this package as well. Thanks for any help or advice etc
