Windows 10 1507 (LTSB)

I'm getting "Not Compatible" errors with Premiere Pro CC as well as After Effects CC and Audition CC after moving to a machine that runs windows 10 v1507 "LTSB"

The system requirements for Audition CC clearly state that the October 2017 (11.0.0) version is not supported with 1507. Can someone help me find what version of these apps will run on this flavor of Win 10?

The current Windows 10 is 1709 (Fall Creators Update).  It runs Adobe software fine.

Thanks Jim but my question is "What version of Audition can I run on the Windows 10 LTSB (1507) version?"

The computers we are using are currently limited to this version of Windows so we cant upgrade Windows.
