Hi everyone,

Im having troubles in loading files when creating a new project. No photos or videos can be saved in this location- thats the message popping up each time. I have tried to reinstall an older version thinking this may help but still the same obstacle. Also I have tried converting files so they read  mov or mp4 and same story. No file can be exported. I have other adobe products such as Photoshop cc 2020, illustrator the whole packet and only premiere CC is not working. Can you tell me how to fix the problem please.

I may mention that the PC I'm using is shared with another user.

Thank you in advance

Best wishes

Hi,

You're talking about not being able to save files in certain location so it looks like an issue not with Premiere but with location being read-only on your system. Where are you trying to save the files? Is the location write-enabled?

Hi Marek,

The trouble is when im trying to upload the video (mp4 or mov ) in to the premiere cc workspace. The message pops up when I browse through the files in my home location or from dropbox. I cant upload photos neither videos. I operate on Mac Mojave operating system atm. How do I give premiere a permission to allow files to be exported in to working space?

I've never come across problem like thsi before 😞

Thank you for trying to help.
