Adobe Rush not opening on PC

I can work on Adobe Rush on my phone completely fine, however, every time I try to open it on my PC, it won't get past the initial loading screen. It appears to always get stuck loading the "ImporterQuickTime.prm." 

 

I have tried restarting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, and signed in and out of my Adobe Cloud account with no avail. Any help please? I have a project due Thursday.
