I have tried to open Premier Rush consecutively for three days but nothing appears aside from

Create a new project (That I can't actually click into.)

and a never ending loading blue symbol. Please help me to get access back into this and create my videos thanks!

Hi,

I managed to fix it by updating my mac book air to the latest operating system.

I also got more storage space on my computer by purchasing a new SSD card which I don't know if that was a help or not but did that too.

What type of device are you trying to open Rush on? Phone? Tablet? Desktop? What has changed since you were able  to access and login?

Have you tried to completely power off and restart the device? Are there any pending updates?
