Cannot open Rush - MSVCP110.dll related

I'm trying to open Premiere Rush on my Asus laptop but I get this error: "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".

 

I read on here from others having the same issue that it's related to Microsoft C++ files.

 

Could someone who's troubleshooted tell me which file from the Microsoft support website below they downloaded to solve the problem? Or is there possibly another solution?

    I downloaded the full Windows 10 runtime and pressed "repair" during the setup process.

     

    Now I can open Rush.
