Premiere Rush crash and shut down every time when i'm trying to create new project.

Hi.

When you are fixing this issue?

When i use my old laptop (Intel i5 1135 and Intel IrisXe graphics) Premiere Rush is working fine but if I try to use it with my new laptop (Intel Evo i7 155 and Intel Arc graphics) Premiere Rush is crashing every time!!!

 

I have tried new drivers and everything but it's not working. When you are going to fix this issue???

Hi.

 

Rush crash right away when I'm trying to open my video folder. It freezes for a few seconds and then crash and shut down the software. 

Unfortunately I removed the useles software from my computer. I download it back after I have read that the issue is resolved.

Hi,

 

Got the same problem, the app freeze then shut. I updated, reinstall but nothing did. The computer is a new one, core 7 ultra, 16Go, DELL Latitude 5550.

 

Got any idea ?

it's a school licence, CC has been installed with a craft package by the admin.

Same problem here. Can't create a new project at all. When you click new project, the app hangs and crashes. 

I've updated nvidia drivers.

Reinstalled Rush.

Reset preferences by hold alt while starting the app.

Restarted the computer numerous times.

 

None of that works. This is extremely frustrating.
I tried to attach a .crash file showing a corrupted heap, but the forum software won't allow it. Frustrating.

Having the same issue with Dell Latitude 7450 with Iris. Seems that Rush crashes when trying to open a folder with mp4 files in them. If folder has .mov files only, Rush works.
