Question

Premiere Rush no longer working on iPhone 15 (plus)

Hello, I have a full premier pro, rush/ encoder membership and use premiere rush on mobile. I use it to edit simple videos usually no longer than 90seconds. Video is 1080p h.264 mp4 60fps.

rush was working perfectly fine for months, now I import video, and it just shows black screen. Doesn't show video in timeline, this happened once and I closed app and reopened and it fixed. I did the same even reinstalled and adobe rush will not load any video. It acts like it imports but nothing shows, can't do anything. Also says no network connection error even tho I am on WiFi. Not to mention all previous work has disappeared. Please help. App used to be great now does not function WHATSOEVER on iPhone.

Hello, I had exactly the same issue on iphone 15pro (was fine until i had to log out as we've updated password). Then updated to system 17.5.1 on phone and it seems to be working .

I would love to know though - how do i get my video files in editable format off phone and onto laptop, so i can can continue editing on there. Please help, thanks.

Thanks Kevin, I've look at the link but that does not help. How do I get my premier rush file off iPhone 15 in a format that I can co time to edit on Mac? Thanks

Hello @Abe9000,

Thanks for the report. Is the video shot on the iPhone or somewhere else?

Not sure what's going on there. Have you tried normal 24 or 30-fps footage? What happens?

You can ignore that warning as the "no network connection" error is related to the removal of the Creative Cloud feature, which occurred on February 1, 2024.

Sorry for the frustration on these issues.

Thanks,

Kevin
