Happy Friday! Thanks for the additional info. Please also let me know if you are on the "starter" (free), Rush mobile plan, Adobe Express, or the premium version of Rush. Compare the plans here.

 

The first issue is that your phone is not listed in the supported devices on System Requirements, so Rush Mobile may not work. Rush Desktop should work, though. I can test out your clip on my PC to make sure the media is viable. You can use Creative Cloud to share files. Likewise, free services like Google Drive can also work to share that content.
