I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried older versions... nothing seems to work.
Really need to app to work for work. Any help would be appreciated.
Update - No idea what IT did, they changed some permissions on specific folders, played around for a couple hours until it finally (sorta) worked.
Now, when I load Premiere Rush, it will still freeze on "Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm", but I just have to end task it, and restart and it will load correctly.
Thanks for writing in. See this potential solution: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/importerquicktime-prm/td-p/7498065
Hope it helps!
Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks but my company isn't granting me administrator access just so that I can use Premiere Rush.

Thanks for the additional info. It sounds like you have enterprise licensing. Do you? If so, you can have your IT Admin contact Adobe Support directly via their Admin Console. You can point them to info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
If you have time, let the community know what happens after the enterprise support team assists you. New solutions are always welcome and appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin
