Unable to view graphics in Rush 2021

The graphics menu comes up blank.  I uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement.  No menu for Titles, Overlays or anything, its all blank.

 

Im also getting various sync errors.

Turning Wifi off helps some, doesn't load all the that Im used to.  Maybe just 5 or 6, when Im used to seeing a couple dozen.  And not the one I'm looking for.

 

So where do I go from here?
