If you have ideas all ready for your tutorials, you can begin developing a plan to get you to the finish line.
- If you want to create a tutorial, but aren't sure of your theme or story yet, just get some ideas going for your tutorial and you'll be on your way. See this article for ideas here.
- Once you've come up with some ideas for a tutorial, you can start planning the shots making up each part of your tutorial.
- Write an A/V script for the tutorial. Use a 2 column template to help you format and create the script. Sometimes you will be shooting yourself, sometimes you will shooting the thing you are showing others how to do, and sometimes you'll be doing some kind of screen capture if you are giving a tutorial from your computer. - Develop a plan, including a shot list which include the exact shots you will need for your tutorial.
- Finalize your plan, consider any record any screen recordings you need to make (if it is a software tutorial), and plan for any shooting you need to do.
