Black Screen on Starter Pod, Preview Screen & Generate View

I am getting a black screen on the starter pod, preview screen and generate view screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the software twice. Still getting the same issue. I am using Vista 32 with Service pack 2. Any suggestions to a solutions out there.

Not something I have seen reported. What version of RoboHelp are you using?

The start pod problem is there even when you have opened RoboHelp but not opened any project?

You have admin rights on your machine?

Yes to the starter pod question. Before I open a project is black. And yes I also have admin rights to my machine. Its my personal laptop.
