I'm running RoboHelp 7.03 on Windows 7 (64 bit).
I have a master project with multiple slave projects. The master project has a glossary. If I open the master.chm in the directory with the master.glo, the glossary tab has the glosaary contents.
However, when I attempt to open the master.chm in a directory that does not contain the master.glo, the glossary tab is blank.
I have never had to include the .glo file with my .chms before.
This project used to work before I updated my system to Windows 7 and had to re-install Robohelp 7.
Hi there
The HHActiveX.dll that shipped with RoboHelp 7 is likely a 32 bit dll. As you are surprisingly running RoboHelp 7 successfully on Windows 7 64-bit (I never could make it work, myself) you will likely need the 64 bit dll. To my knowledge, that DLL only ships with RoboHelp 9.
You might try downloading and installing the trial for RoboHelp 9 in order to get the necessary dll. Then you would have to register the new dll.
