Blank topics in chm file from RoboHelp 10

Hi,

I'm using RoboHelp 10, and when I try to generate a chm file, I see the Table of Contents. But when I click on a topic, nothing shows up. I didn't get an error message when I was generating the chm file, so I don't know what the problem is. Has anyone seen this before? How can I troubleshoot?

Hi there

Two possibilities here.

First, you are likely trying to open a CHM as it sits in a network location. Copy it locally and it should work.

Or, you downloaded a CHM and are trying to view it. In that case, you likely need to Unblock it.

Thanks Rick! I was trying to view the file on a server. When I copied it to the C drive, it worked.
