Breadcrumbs don't always reflect the topic in RH2020.6.76

When I click a TOC topic item, the topic loads and the breadcrumbs reflect the trail for that topic.  

When I click a TOC folder item to open the folder, the breadcrumbs change in the current topic.  

That's somewhat confusing.  I would think that clicking a folder item to open the folder would not alter the breadcrumb for the currently loaded topic.  I expected the breadcrumbs to load when the relevant otpic loads. 

As anyone else noticed this?

Uh...when I recompiled again, the breadcrumbs now behave.  I guess I'll keep an eye onthis to see if it returns.
