bullets meshing with text on WebHelp using windows XP, IE 8.

My bullets are meshing with the accompanying text when looking at a compiled version of my WebHelp from Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP. It looks fine on Explorer 8 on Windows 7 Professional. I am using RH 9. Have any of you had trouble viewing WebHelp with bullets on Windows XP??

I am surprised to see that it is the operating system causing this. Different browsers, yes, but not different operating systems.

Is this recent and is it a project that was first created in Rh7 or earlier? If created before Rh7, then see Lists on my site.
