Can not change shortcut-properties

Hello together,

in use RoboHelp HTML I can create shortcuts, but I can not change shortcut-properties.

When I save the changes an close the shortcut-properties window and open this window again, then canges are not saved.

Also I can not see the shortcut 3D-Symbol.

We are using RoboHelp 10 on a winows 2013 terminal server.

I have 2 colleagues. She can change the properties and can see the shortcut-3D-Symbol.

What can we do?
