Can RoboHelp HTML v9 pass Page Title/URL info to populate Outlook email?

Hey all, I checked forums and have seen similar questions, but not exactly what we are looking for. We are using RoboHelp HTML v9 on XP and Win7 pcs. Is there a way to make new "Was this topic helpful?" buttons at the end of our topics automatically pass the RoboHelp page's Title and/or its URL into an Outlook email (as Subject or in the Email Body)?  Is there any variables that RoboHelp uses that can be passed to Outlook?  Thanks in advance for any information.

P.S.- We currently do not use these "Was this topic helpful?" buttons.
